Team Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Fundraisingology Lab’s Team Membership! We’re thrilled to have you on board and want to ensure your experience with us is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our friendly Team Membership terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions.

Pricing

Once you’re a part of our community, we lock in the relevant Team Membership special price for you. So, as long as you keep your membership active, you’ll continue to enjoy these fabulous rates. Remember, if you decide to take a break and then come back, the pricing may have changed.

Payment

Your Team Membership is an automatically renewing, annual recurring subscription, making it easy for you and your team to access our courses, experts, and community.

Payment can be conveniently made online by credit card, or we can send you an invoice, whichever suits your preference.

When your automatic annual renewal approaches, we’ll send you friendly reminder emails containing all the details. This is also your opportunity to make any adjustments or cancel if needed. We want to make sure you’re always in the loop!

Credits for Existing Memberships

If you or your team currently hold an annual membership, we may offer a pro-rata credit when you transition to Team Membership.

If you’re on a monthly membership, we may start your new Team Membership the day after your current billing date, giving you continuous access.

Pro-rata credits are considered case-by-case, and we aim to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Staff in Your Team Membership

Enjoy the flexibility to have up to the nominated number of team members you’ve purchased.

Managing your team is a breeze – use the My Team function in your My Moceanic Members’ Center dashboard to add or remove members.

Keep in mind that once members are removed, their access to membership benefits and community features will end immediately.

If you cancel your membership, or if team member has been removed, we can no longer provide reporting or let you or them know about past progress or achievements.

Team Leaders

You can designate a team leader who will take the lead on billing, renewal, and account management.

Your nominated team leader has the power to add or remove members, track team progress, and even customize your Team Membership page.

For any changes to the team leader or billing details, simply notify us at hq@moceanic.com

Refunds, Cancellations, or Downgrades

We offer a 30-day refund policy for your Team Membership – just drop us an email at hq@moceanic.com.

While we can’t accept cancellations or downgrades mid-billing cycle, rest assured that any cancellations or downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Upgrades

Need more space for your growing team? Contact us to upgrade your Team Membership, and we’ll seamlessly transition you to the next level with a pro-rata credit.

As we continue to enhance this exciting new offering from Moceanic, any updates to our terms will be promptly communicated to your Team Leader via email.
